East County encompasses Alpine, Jamul, La Mesa, Spring Valley, Lemon Grove, El Cajon, Lakeside, Santee, Descanso, Julian, and Pine Valley.
And the South County area covers Bonita, Chula Vista, National City, Imperial Beach, and San Ysidro.
