Louis Scotti entered the Real Estate business right after graduating from SDSU with a business degree. Now with 8 years experience in sales, owning apartments, property management, and flipping homes, Louis is Broker and Owner of SD Homes. Although Louis has a wide array of Real Estate expertise, his focus and interest is in residential sales, including representing buyer and sellers.

Tim Barzal entered the Real Estate business right after graduating from USD with a business degree. Tim worked for a well respected firm in San Diego and learned the apartment syndication business. Tim's primary focus is running our real estate syndication business. We provide cash producing investments that are very low risk.
